Quality Control Process

The perfect quality assurance system and various testing equipment help us monitor the entire production process to ensure the stability and quality of the product. We continuously introduce advanced instruments and methods for ongoing improvement.

A. PCB Quality Control Process

1. PCB Files Checking Before Production

   • Gerber files are reviewed by professional engineers before production. We confirm production feasibility in terms of tolerance constraints. If any issues are found, an EQ will be raised, and customer service will contact the customer to prevent delays.

2. Raw Material Guarantee

   • The quality of raw materials determines product durability. Fully-Hong ensures high-quality materials by working with leading suppliers and inspecting materials according to international standards.

4. Quality Inspection Before Shipment

   • All boards undergo rigorous tests including Flying Probe Testing, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), and Copper Thickness Testing. We comply with ISO9001:2015 and IPC standards, ensuring the quality of each PCB.

B. PCB Assembly Quality Inspection Process

Fully-Hong has 14 SMT production lines with advanced equipment, strict quality control, and an intelligent service system to ensure high-quality standards at every stage.

1. Process Review

   • Assess and inspect the manufacturing process in advance, ensuring quality improvement from the technology level.

2. IQC Incoming Quality Control

   • Verify component resistance and capacitance values.

   • Ensure pad consistency and confirm the incoming quantity.

   • Inspect for abnormal components.

3. SPI Solder Paste Inspection

   • SPI detects whether the solder paste is sufficient and uniform, preventing production problems from poor solder paste printing.

4. Online AOI Inspection

   • AOI detects soldering defects such as wrong solder, reverse solder, short circuits, excessive solder, or incomplete solder joints.

5. First Sample Test (First Article Inspection)

   • Using Gerber, BOM, and coordinate files, resistance and capacitance are verified again to ensure the accuracy of all parameters.

6. Off-line AOI Inspection

   • According to IPC610D standards, we inspect the surface-mount PCBA for errors, omissions, and false connections.
