1. Types of Turnkey Services

🔹 Full Turnkey PCB Assembly

• The supplier handles all aspects including component sourcing, PCB manufacturing, PCB Assembly and functional testing.

• Alternative components with similar functionality may be suggested (only with your approval).

• This is the recommended option, especially for startups and small teams, as we leverage sourcing capabilities and experience unavailable to most engineers.

🔹 Consigned Parts Turnkey (Partial Turnkey)

• The customer supplies selected components (e.g., PCBs or confidential ICs).

• Fully Hong manages the rest, ensuring seamless integration from start to finish.

2. What We Offer (Service Process)

📐 R&D and Design (Optional)

• PCB Layout Design: Fully Hong’s experienced engineers design for manufacturability.

• BOM & PCBA Files: Including BOM sheet, pick-and-place files, 3D drawings, test plans.

• Enclosure & Manual Design: Matching enclosures, module housing, and user manuals can be developed.

🧾 PCB Manufacturing

• Once Gerber, drill files, and BOM are received, we validate and quote promptly.

• After confirmation, we begin production, including lamination, etching, drilling, plating, surface finishing, and testing.

📦 Component Sourcing

• Strict sourcing based on the approved BOM.

• Only genuine parts from original factories or authorized distributors (Digi-Key, Arrow, Avnet, etc.).

• 20+ years of procurement experience ensures the best pricing and availability.

• Customer-supplied components are also accepted.

🔧 PCB Assembly

• Includes SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and THT (Through-Hole Technology).

• Custom SMT stencils produced in-house.

• Optional: Final Product Assembly available for turnkey projects.
