Our company typically attends 3–5 international electronics exhibitions each year, usually with a 9-square-meter standard booth. Larger, well-funded companies such as publicly listed corporations may have bigger booths with special decorations. While booth size and display formats vary, one thing remains constant: highlighting company differentiation to attract potential clients, engage with more visitors, collect effective contacts, and secure future business opportunities. Achieving this is challenging. In this article, we focus on the poster design aspect of our exhibition displays, explaining how we convey key information, and hope to receive constructive feedback for further improvement.

The first poster features the logo of our parent company, Fully Hong Electronics, along with our website and tagline designed to help visitors quickly understand our business scope. Text highlights include:

Poster nine complements poster four by demonstrating chip decapsulation testing. In real-world component sourcing, time and cost constraints sometimes make it challenging to secure 100% reliable components. Introducing new suppliers can carry risks. Chip decapsulation testing is a proactive measure to prevent counterfeit or substandard components, protecting both Fully Hong and our clients.

The key to effective exhibition posters is clarity in information delivery and intuitive visual presentation. Our posters meet these basic requirements, although their design remains simple. Compared to some companies’ posters that leave visitors confused about their business even after 10 minutes, ours successfully conveys what we do and our strengths.
