Germany’s printed circuit board (PCB) market is showing no signs of recovery: in December 2008, sales were down 34.6% compared with the previous month, according to the German Printed Circuit Association (VdL) and the German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers Association (ZVEI). Germany’s printed circuit board (PCB) market posted its lowest November sales ever last year, falling 20.7 percent compared to October 2008, and was down 26.8 percent compared to November 2007, according to ZVEI. For the first 11 months of 2008, overall sales was 3.7 percent lower than the same period in the previous year.
