Acknowledgment of Confidentiality
Fully Hong and possible third parties such as affiliated companies and subcontractors, which are under a Non-Disclosure Agreements with Fully Hong, acknowledges that they may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information of Author.
Confidential Information does not include (A) information already known by Fully Hong, (B) information in the public domain through no wrongful act of Fully Hong, or (C) information received by Fully Hong from a third party who was free to disclose it.

Covenant Not to Disclose
Fully Hong and the above mentioned third parties agrees not to use, commercialize, or disclose any Confidential Information to any person or entity except as Author approves in writing. Fully Hong agrees to use at least the same degree of care in safeguarding the Confidential Information as it uses in safeguarding their own confidential information.

Retention of Rights
Author retains all rights to the supplied data files. Fully Hong agrees to return all data material upon Author’s request.
